APREIS APRS CAT 5th Class Admission 2026-27: Notification Released for Residential School Admissions: The Andhra Pradesh Residential Educational Institutions Society (APREIS) has released the APRS CAT 2026 Notification for admission into the 5th Class in A.P. Residential Schools for the academic year 2026-27. This entrance exam offers a golden opportunity for students from rural backgrounds to secure free, high-quality education in English medium residential schools. The selection will be based on the merit secured in the Common Admission Test (APRS CAT), which is scheduled to be held in April 2026.

ఆంధ్రధ్రదేశ్ గురుకుల విద్యా లయాల సంస్థ చేత నడపబడుతున్న 38 సాధారణ, 12 మైనారిటీ గురుకుల పాఠశాలల్లో (రీజనల్ సెంటర్ ఆఫ్ ఎక్సలెన్స్ [RCE] గురుకుల బాలుర పాఠశాలలు తాడికొాండ, గుంటూరు జిల్లె మరియు కొడిగెనహళ్ల,ె అనంతపురం జిల్లోతో సహా) 2026-27 విద్యా సంవతస రానికి గాను 5 వ తరగతి ఇంగ్లషు మీడియం లో  ప్రవేశమునకు ప్రవేశ పరిక్ష ద్వారా మెరిట్ నిర్ణయించబడును.

ఏపీలోని ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ గురుకుల విద్యాలయాల సంస్థ రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా ఉన్న గురుకుల పాఠశాలల్లో 5వ తరగతి ప్రవేశాల (Fifth class admissions)కు సంబంధించి నోటిఫికేషన్‌ విడుదల చేసింది. ఈ నోటిఫికేషన్‌ ద్వారా రాష్ట్రంలోని 38 సాధారణ, 12 మైనారిటీ గురుకులాలతోపాటు 2 రీజనల్‌ సెంటర్‌ ఆఫ్‌ ఎక్స్‌లెన్స్‌ (ఆర్‌సీఈ) – తాడికొండ, కొడిగెనహళ్లి బాలుర పాఠశాలల్లో అడ్మిషన్లు కల్పిస్తారు.

Age /అర్హతలు 

విద్యార్థినీ విద్యార్థులు భారతపౌరులై, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రంలో చదువుతూ ఉండవలెను.

జనరల్ పాఠశాలల్లో ప్రవేశానికి ఓ.సి., బి. సి. మరియు మైనారిటీ విద్యార్థులు తప్పనిసరిగా గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతంలో చదివి ఉండాలి. యస్.సి. మరియు యస్.టి. విద్యార్థులు గ్రామీణ మరియు పట్టణ ప్రాంతాల్లో చదివినప్పటికీ జనరల్ మరియు మైనారిటీ పాఠశాలల్లో ప్రవేశానికి అర్హులు. మైనారిటీ విద్యార్థులు,

మైనారిటీ పాఠశాలల్లో ప్రవేశం కొరకు గ్రామీణ మరియు పట్టణ ప్రాంతాల్లో చదివి ఉండవచ్చును.

ఆదాయపరిమితి

అభ్యర్థి యొక్క తల్లి,తండ్రి/సంరక్షకుల సంవత్సరాదాయము (2025-26) రూ.1,00,000/- మించి ఉండరాదు లేదా తెల్లరేషన్ కార్డు కలిగిన వారు అర్హులు. 

సైనికోద్యోగుల పిల్లలకు ఆదాయపరిమితి నియమం వర్తించదు.

దరఖాస్తు చేసుకొనుటకు మార్గదర్శకాలు :

1. జనరల్ పాఠశాలల్లో ప్రవేశానికి దరఖాస్తు చేయగోరు అందరు అభ్యర్థులు మరియు మైనారిటీ పాఠశాలల్లో దరఖాస్తు చేయు యస్.సి & యస్.టి. అభ్యర్థులు తప్పక ఎ.పి.ఆర్.యస్. సెట్ వ్రాయవలెను.
2. అభ్యర్థులు దరఖాస్తులను నింపుట కొరకు https://aprs.apcfss.in వెబ్ సైట్ ను సందర్శించవలెను.
3. అభ్యర్థులు దరఖాస్తులను నింపుటకు ముందు వెబ్ సైట్ నందలి నియమావళిని జాగ్రత్తగా చదువుకొని తమ అర్హతల పట్ల సంతృప్తి చెందిన తరువాత మాత్రమే దరఖాస్తులను నింపవలెను
4. అభ్యర్థి అర్హత ప్రమాణాల గురించి సంతృప్తి చెందిన తర్వాత, రుసుము చెల్లింపు లింక్ని క్లిక్ చేయడం/తెరపడం ద్వారా రూ.100/- రుసుమును పేర్కొన్న వ్యవధిలో ఆన్లైన్ ద్వారా చెల్లించాలి.
5. ఆన్లైన్లో ఫీజు చెల్లింపు సమయంలో, అభ్యర్థి అవసరమైన ప్రాధమిక వివరాలను అనగా అభ్యర్థి పేరు, పుట్టిన తేదీ, ఆధార్ నెంబర్, మొబైల్ నంబర్ మొదలై ఇవ్వవలెను.
6. ఒక మొబైల్ నంబర్ను ఒక అప్లికేషన్ కోసం మాత్రమే ఉపయోగించవలెను. ఇవ్వబడిన మొబైల్ నెంబర్, OTP ద్వారా నిర్ధారించబడుతుంది.
7. ఆన్లైన్లో ఫీజు చెల్లించిన తర్వాత అభ్యర్థి ID జారీ చేయబడుతుంది. అభ్యర్థి ID జారీ చేయడం అంటే అభ్యర్థి ఆన్లైన్లో దరఖాస్తు సమర్పణను పూర్తి చేసినట్లు కాదు. ID. రుసుము రసీదుకి సంబంధించిన నిర్ధారణ మాత్రమే.

APRS CAT 2025 Application Fee

The APRS 5^th Class Application fee 2025 is Rs.100/-. The APRS Application Fee 2025 will be paid online mode.

Exam Details

The APRS CAT 2026 for 5th Class admission will be conducted across all 26 districts of Andhra Pradesh.

• Duration: 2 Hours.
• Total Marks: 100 Marks.
• Question Type: Objective Type (Multiple Choice Questions).
• Medium of Exam: Telugu/English and Urdu/English (for Urdu medium candidates).

Eligibility Details

To be eligible for APRS 5th Class Admission 2026, students must meet the following criteria:

• Residency: The candidate must be a resident of Andhra Pradesh and must be studying in a recognized school within the state.
• Education Qualification:
  • Must be studying 4th Class in the academic year 2025-26.
  • Must have studied 3rd Class during 2024-25 in a Government or Government-recognized school.
• Age Limit (as of 31.08.2026):
  • OC / BC / EWS Candidates: Born between 01.09.2015 and 31.08.2017 (Age 9 to 11 years).
  • SC / ST Candidates: Born between 01.09.2013 and 31.08.2017 (Age 9 to 13 years).
• Income Limit: Parental annual income should not exceed ₹1,00,000/- (White Ration Card holders are eligible). This limit does not apply to children of armed personnel.

Exam Pattern (5th Class)

The question paper will be of 4th Class standard. The subject-wise weightage is as follows:

Participating Institutes

Admission is offered into various A.P. Residential Schools located across the state. These schools are residential in nature (Gurukulam style), providing free boarding, lodging, and education. Separate schools are available for boys, girls, and minority students.

• Total Schools: 50 APR Schools.
• School Categories: General (Boys/Girls), Minority (Boys/Girls).

Application Fee

Candidates must pay a processing fee of ₹100/- to submit the application. The fee can be paid online using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking through the payment gateway on the official website.

How to Apply

Follow these steps to apply for APRS CAT 2026:

1. Visit the Official Website: Go to aprs.apcfss.in.
2. Pay the Application Fee: Click on the “Payment” link and pay the fee of ₹100/-. You will receive a Journal Number/Candidate ID after successful payment.
3. Fill the Application Form: Login using the Candidate ID and Date of Birth. Fill in the personal details, study details (3rd and 4th Class), and upload the required photo and signature.
4. Select Exam Center: Choose your preferred district for the examination.
