APTWREIS EMRS Ekalavya Model Schools 6th Class Admissions 2026-27: AP Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society | ( A P T W R E I S ) is inviting Online Applications for the Admissions to 6th Class in all EMR Schools in the State for the Academic Year 2026-27. Interested students who are studying or has studied in Class-V in the academic session 2026-27 in a Government / Govt. Aided / State Recognized Schools / Level B of NIOS OBE Programme / CBSE-affiliated schools can apply from 05 February 2026 to 28 February 2026. 

The Selection will be conducted strictly on the basis of the Eklavya Model Residential Schools Selection Test (EMRSST), which will be held on 04 April 2026.

ఏకలవ్య మోడల్ గురుకుల విద్యాలయాలలో 2026-27 విద్యా సంవత్సరంలో ప్రవేశం కొరకు నోటిఫికేషన్ విడుదల:  2026-27 విద్యా సంవత్సరానికిగాను ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రంలో గురుకులం ఆధ్వర్యంలో నడుపబడుతున్న (28) ఏకలవ్య మోడల్ గురుకుల విద్యాలయాలలో 6వ తరగతిలో గల 60 సీట్లను నింపడానికి అర్హులైన విద్యార్థిని విద్యార్థుల నుండి ఆన్లైన్ ద్వార దరఖాస్తులు కోరబడుతున్నవి. ఈ సీట్లు అన్ని వ్రాత పరీక్ష నందు పొందిన మార్కుల మెరిట్ ఆధారంగా, రిజర్వేషన్ ప్రకారం ప్రవేశములు కల్పించడం జరుగుతుంది.

ఏకలవ్య గురుకుల విద్యాలయాలలో విద్యా బోధనా అంతా ఇంగ్లీష్ మీడియంలో మరియు సి.బి.ఎస్.ఇ సిలబస్ లో ఉంటుంది.. తెలుగు మీడియం లో చదివిన విద్యార్ధులు కూడా వ్రాత పరీక్షకు అర్హులు.

వ్రాత పరీక్ష 04.04.2026 ఉదయం: 11.30 నుండి జరుగుతుంది.  ఇది 100 మార్కులకు తెలుగు మరియు ఇంగ్లీష్ మీడియంలో ఉంటుంది.

ఆసక్తి గల విద్యార్ధులు ఫిబ్రవరి 28, 2026 లోగా ఆన్లైన్లో దరఖాస్తులు నింపి  ఆతర్వాత ఒక రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ఫారం నింపి తగు  ధృవీకరణ పత్రాలు జతచేసి, పాస్ పోర్ట్ సైజు ఫోటో అతికించి సమీపంలో గల ఏదైనా గిరిజన సంక్షేమ గురుకుల సంబంధిత వారికి అందచేసి రసీదు పొందవలెను.

Common Entrance Test for Admission into 6_th class for (28) Ekalavya Model Residential Schools for the year 2026-25 The Gurukulam, APTWREI Society, Amaravati has been running (28) Ekalavya Modal Residential Schools and MoTA has sanctioned (09) more EMR Schools for the Academic Year 2026-27 for ST Students to provide a necessary academic environment and inputs and also providing specialized coaching to meritorious ST students to enable them to pursue higher studies. EMRS has been one of the flagship interventions of the Ministry of Tribal Affairs to provide quality middle and high-level education to Schedule tribe students in remote areas on par with Navodaya Vidyalayas and will have special facilities for preserving local art and culture besides providing training in sports and skill development.

Admission Eligibility

The candidates belonging to the reservation categories mentioned at reservation table below, in respect of their domiciled Block/District/State/UT are eligible to apply for admission. The candidate should not have been rusticated from any school.

The annual Income of the parent shall not exceed Rs.1,00,000/- for admission into any Residential Schools.

Age limit

The minimum and maximum age limit (as on 31 st March of the year in which admission is sought) for admission in Eklavya Model Residential Schools in various classes is given below: (Child born on 1st April should also be considered.)

AP TWREIS EMRSST 6th Class Admission Test 2026 Pattern

The EMRSST, conducted in offline mode, may be of two-hour duration with 100 objective type questions from 3 sections for a total of 100 marks. The medium of instruction for the Examination may be English / Telugu Language or bilingual.

1. A single test booklet comprising of all the three sections will be given to each candidate. There shall be no syllabus for EMRSST.
2. The Question Paper of EMRSST will be based on Competencies in accordance with the Level prescribed for Class V students by NCERT/ SCERT/ CBSE.
3. Additional time of 30 minutes will be allowed for “Divyang students” (differently-abled students).
4. The APTWREIS will provide a separate OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) answer sheet where the candidates are required to indicate their answers at an appropriate place. Or the candidates may be asked to record their answers on the test booklet itself which shall be collected back after the EMRSST is over.

All the eligible students shall submit the filled applications through online www.aptwgurukulam.ap.gov.in. or approach the nearby Gurukulam institutions with all details to fill the application and handover it to the principal. The Principals, in turn, shall upload the application online only.

వార్షిక ఆదాయం : తల్లిదండ్రుల వార్షిక ఆదాయం రూ. 1,00,000/- దాటకుండా ఉండాలి. వైట్ రేషన్ కార్డు ఉన్న వారు (G.O.Ms.No.229, Dated.23.06.2017) ప్రకారం ఆదాయ పత్రం పెట్టనవసరం లేదు.

విద్యార్థులు ఆన్లైన్ లో దరఖాస్తులు సమర్పించినప్పుడు ప్రాధాన్యతా క్రమంలో ఏకలవ్య మోడల్ గురుకుల విద్యాలయంలో చేరదలచుకున్నారో 28 ప్రాధాన్యతలు నింపవలసి ఉంటుంది. ప్రాధాన్యతా క్రమాన్ని బట్టి మరియు వ్రాత పరీక్షలో పొందిన మార్కుల ఆధారంగా మాత్రమె ప్రవేశం..కల్పించబడుతుంది.

Note : కొత్త జిల్లాలు : విజయనగరం, అనకాపల్లి, తూర్పుగోదావరి, కాకినాడ, పశ్చిమ గోదావరి, అంబేద్కర్ కోనసీమ జిల్లాల అభ్యర్థులు తమ సమీప పరీక్ష కేంద్రాని ఎంచుకోవాలి. విద్యార్థులు తమకు సమీపంలో ఉండే ఏవైనా (3) పరీక్షా కేంద్రాలను ప్రాధాన్యత క్రమంలో ఎంచుకోవచ్చు.
