1. ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರ್ ಖಾಲಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಯನ್ನು ಲಿಖಿತ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂದರ್ಶನ ಮೂಲಕ ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ವಿಧಾನದನ್ವಯ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.
2. ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರ್ ಖಾಲಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ (Qualifying Exam ಗಳಿಸಿದ ಅಂಕಗಳ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅರ್ಹತೆ ಇರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಲಿಖಿತ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಕರೆಯಲಾಗುವುದು,
3, ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರ್ ನೇರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಬಾಹ್ಯ ಮೂಲಗಳು ನಡೆಸುವ ಲಿಖಿತ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗಳಿಸಿದ ಅಂಕಗಳ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ತಯಾರಿಸಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಆಧರಿಸಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು 1: 5 ರ ಅನುಪಾತದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆಯಲಾಗುವುದು. ಪ್ರತಿಶತ 15 ಅಂಕಗಳು ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದೆ.
4 ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರ್ನೇರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಲಿಖಿತ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಡೆದ ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಶೇಕಡ 85 ಕ್ಕಿಳಿಸಿ ಪ್ರಾಪ್ತವಾಗುವ ಅಂಕಗಳ ಶೇಕಡಾವಾರು ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಸಂದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾಪ್ತವಾಗುವ ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಕೂಡಿಸಿ ಅಂತಿಮ ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು (Merit List) ತಯಾರಿಸಿ, ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ದಪಡಿಸಿ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಅಂಕಗಳ ಒಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
