Note on “First Class”: This means 60% marks in aggregate for UR/OBC (NCL)/EWS candidates, and 55% marks for SC/ST candidates with respect to posts reserved for that category only.
Salary
Management Trainees will be absorbed into Grade-II as Assistant Managers upon successful completion of training.
Pay Scale (IDA Pattern): Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000/- (Grade II).
Annual CTC: The approximate average Cost to Company (CTC) is Rs. 15.55 Lakh per annum upon absorption into Grade-II.
Stipend during Training: MTs will receive a stipend equivalent to the sum of the minimum Basic Pay (Rs. 40,000/-), Dearness Allowance (DA), HRA, and 20% of the minimum Basic Pay towards Perks and Allowances.

Age Relaxation: Age relaxation is also provided to PwBD candidates (10 years), Ex-Servicemen (5 years), and candidates domiciled in J&K during the period 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989 (5 years).
Selection Process
The selection for the Management Trainee posts will be based on a two-stage process:
Computer Based Online Test (CBOT): This test carries a weightage of 85%.
Duration & Format: 2 hours, 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
Parts: Part I (100 MCQs on the concerned subject/discipline) and Part II (50 MCQs on General Aptitude).
Negative Marking: There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
Qualifying Marks: Candidates must score a minimum of 60% in CBOT for UR & EWS, and 50% for reserved categories.
Interview: The Interview carries a weightage of 15%. Candidates will be shortlisted for the interview based on the CBOT scores in a ratio of 1:10 (post to candidate).
