BEL Engineering Assistant Trainee & Technician C Recruitment 2025: The Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna Defence PSU under the Ministry of Defence, has issued Notification No: 12949/GAD/EAT&ITI/2025/01 to fill 49 vacancies for the positions of Engineering Assistant Trainee and Technician C across various locations in India. Vacancy Details

The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 49 vacancies across the two positions:

Educational Qualifications

• Engineering Assistant Trainee: Candidates should have a 3-year full-time diploma in Engineering from a recognized institution in the relevant discipline.
• Technician C: Candidates should have a 10+2 with Science and a 2-year ITI certificate in the relevant trade from a recognized institution.

Salary Structure

Engineering Assistant Trainees (EAT) will undergo training for an initial period of six months during which they will be paid stipend of Rs. 24,000/- pm. On successful completion of the training and on passing the gradation test they will be placed in the regular pay scales indicated above.

Age Limit

• General Category: Maximum age limit is 28 years as of the application closing date.
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): Maximum age limit is 31 years.
• SC/ST: Maximum age limit is 33 years.

• Persons with Benchmark Disability (PWBD) having minimum 40% disability: Age relaxation upto 10 Years

Selection Process

The selection process for the recruitment will consist of:

1. Written Test: Objective-type questions assessing technical knowledge and general aptitude.
2. Skill Test: Practical assessment to evaluate hands-on skills in the relevant trade.
3. Document Verification: Verification of educational qualifications, age, and other relevant documents.
4. Medical Examination: To ensure candidates meet the medical standards required for the respective posts.

Application Fee

• Candidates belonging to the GEN/OBC/EWS category are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 500+ 18% GST = Rs. 590/- (in total).
• SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-servicemen candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.
• The application fee, once paid, will not be refunded by the Company/Bank to candidates.
