Vacancy Details

The commission has notified a total of 64 vacancies for the position of Havildar Clerk. These vacancies are distributed across various categories, with a significant 35% horizontal reservation specifically for women who are permanent residents of Bihar.

Education Details

Candidates must have successfully completed the Intermediate (10+2) examination or an equivalent qualification from a recognized board by the cut-off date of August 1, 2025.

Salary

Selected candidates for the post of Adhinayak Lipik will be paid as per Pay Level-4.

Age Limit (as of 01.08.2025)

Age calculation is based on the candidate’s Matriculation or equivalent certificate.

• General (Male): 18 to 37 years.
• General (Female): 18 to 40 years.
• BC/EBC (Male & Female): 18 to 40 years.
• SC/ST (Male & Female): 18 to 42 years.
• Transgender: 18 to 40 years.

Selection Process

The recruitment process involves multiple competitive stages:

• Written Examination: A 100-mark objective test consisting of 100 questions to be solved in 2 hours. This stage is qualifying; candidates must score at least 30% to advance.
• Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Candidates up to 5 times the vacancy count will be selected for the PET based on written scores. The PET carries 100 marks:
  • Running: 50 marks.
  • Shot Put: 25 marks.
  • High Jump: 25 marks.
• Final Merit List: The final ranking will be prepared solely on the basis of marks obtained in the PET.

Application Fee

• The application fee for all categories (Male, Female, and Transgender) is ₹100.
• Payment must be completed online via Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or UPI.
