Eligibility Criteria

The candidate should have B.E. Degree / B.Tech Degree / Diploma certificate or Provisional B.E. Degree / B.Tech Degree / Diploma Certificate in applicable branches.
Candidates for Non-engineering category should possess B.A / B.Sc / B.Com / BBA / BCA certificate from a recognized University/Institution.
The candidate should have scored minimum passing marks and obtained a Degree/Diploma Engineering in the year 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024.
The candidates who have already undergone or who are currently undergoing apprenticeship training under Apprenticeship Act l961, and/or having one year work experience are not eligible to apply.

Duration of Training

The duration of Apprenticeship training will be for a period of one year as per Apprenticeship (Amendment) Act 1973.

Educational Qualifications

Apprentice Category	Educational Qualification
Graduate Apprentices	Should possess BE/B.Tech from a recognized University/Institution (Recognized by AICTE or State Govt. /Central Govt.) in applicable branches.
Technician (Diploma) Apprentices	Should possess 3 year Diploma from a Polytechnic College/Institution recognized by the State Govt. /Central Govt. in applicable branches.
Non-Engineering Apprentices	Should possess BA / B.Sc/ B.Com / BBA & BCA from a recognized University/Institution (Recognized by State Govt. /Central Govt.).

Age Limit

Age limit should not be less than eighteen years of age and it will be followed as per Apprenticeship Rule.

Selection Process

Board of Apprenticeship Training (Southern Region) is entrusted with the task of preparation of shortlisting the candidates from online application data. Shortlisting process will be done based on the marks secured in the Qualifying examinations only. Shortlisted candidates will be intimated through their registered e-mail ID. They will have to appear in person for verification of documents at the Office of General Manager, A & HR Section, CESC Corporate Office, Mysore.

Part A:
Step 1:

c. Student login
d. Forgot Password
e. Enter registered email id to get activation link & Reset password.

Step 2:
a. Student login
b. Enter registered email id & new password
c. Complete application form
d. A unique Enrollment number (12 digit) for each student will be generated.
After completion the Enrollment Part B:
a. Student Login
b. Under “Apply against advertised vacancies” Search “Chamundeshwari Electricity Supply Corporation Limited”
c. Click apply (You have successfully applied for the vacancy)

Part A:
Step 1:
