Educational Qualifications
Assistant Professor: B.E./B.Tech./B.S. and M.E./M.Tech./M.S. or Integrated M.Tech. in the relevant branch with First Class or equivalent in any one of the degrees.
Associate Professor: Ph.D. in the relevant field and First Class at Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant branch. Minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience (including 2 years Post-Ph.D.). At least 6 research publications in SCI/UGC/AICTE-approved journals (3 must be SCI/SCIE for Engineering disciplines).
Age Limit (as on 11 November 2025)
Assistant Professor: Maximum 35 years.
Associate Professor: Maximum 50 years.
Age relaxation as per DoPT guidelines and Government of NCT of Delhi rules.
Salary / Pay Scale
Assistant Professor: Level-10 (₹57,700–1,82,400)
Associate Professor: Level-13A1 (₹1,31,400–2,17,100)

50% weightage to academic & research performance.
50% weightage to interview and teaching aptitude.
