Education Details
Basic Degree: Full-time regular B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. (Engg.) in the relevant engineering branch or MCA (for DTS positions) with a minimum of 65% marks (or equivalent CGPA/CPI).
Minimum Post-Qualification Work Experience (as on 31/08/2026):
Engineer: Minimum 1 year of relevant industrial experience.
Deputy Manager: Minimum 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Manager: Minimum 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Senior Manager: Minimum 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Experience Concessions: 1 year for Post-Graduates in Engineering (M.E./M.Tech) and 4 years for Ph.D. holders in relevant engineering disciplines.
Salary
Selected candidates are entitled to IDA pattern basic pay, Industrial DA, House Rent Allowance, perks, leave encashment, and comprehensive company benefits:

Selection Process
