Compensation Package & Service Agreement Bond
Selected Executive Trainees undergo one year of On-The-Job Training (OJT) before regularization.
- Pay Scale: Trainees are inducted at the E2 Level in the pay scale of ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000/- (IDA).
- Benefits & Allowances: In addition to basic pay, the compensation includes Performance Related Pay (PRP), Company Leased Accommodation / HRA, medical coverage for self and dependents, conveyance reimbursements, mobile allowance, PF, Gratuity, Pension, and Group Insurance schemes.
- Service Agreement Bond: Appointees must execute a service bond to complete the 1-year training and serve GRID-INDIA for at least 3 years thereafter:
