GSSC Notification mentions a total of 118 Vacancies. 

• 59 Post (resvd for : General)
• 32 Post (resvd for : OBC ( Non Creamy layer ))
• 2 Post (resvd for : SC)
• 14 Post (resvd for : ST)
• 11 Post (resvd for : EWS)

Educational Qualifications

 (i) Bachelor Degree with at least 50% marks (or its equivalent) from a recognized University in the subject as specified applicable to the relevant post and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from a recognized Institution by the National Council for Teacher Education.

OR

Bachelor Degree from a recognized University with at least 45% marks (or its equivalent) in the subject as specified applicable to the relevant post and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from recognised Institution by the National Council for Teacher Education. OR Four years Degree of B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed. in the subject as specified applicable to the relevant post from a recognized Institution by the National Council for Teacher Education.

(2) Teacher Eligibility Test Certificate recognized by the Government of Goa.

(3) Knowledge of Konkani.

Desirable : (1) Knowledge of Marathi.

Age Limit

The candidates must be a maximum of 45 years of age..

Age Relaxation: – SC/ ST /OBC/PWD/ PH Candidates Relaxation as per Government Rule Regulation.

Salary Details

Selected candidates will get Level – 7 of Payscale from the organization.

Selection Process

The candidates will be selected based on performance in Computer Based Test & Interview.
