HAL Aircraft Division Nasik Apprentice Vacancy Details

HAL Nasik is recruiting for various disciplines including Mechanical, Production, and Chemical Engineering, as well as Aeronautical Diploma holders and Non-Technical graduates in Arts, Hotel Management, and Nursing.

Education Qualification

• Engineering Graduates: Candidates must possess a 4-year B.E/B.Tech degree in the respective branch from a recognized university.

• Diploma Apprentices: Candidates must have a 3-year Diploma in the respective branch approved by the State Board of Technical Education & AICTE.

• Non-Technical Graduates: Candidates must hold a 3 or 4-year degree in the respective discipline (Arts, Hotel Management, or B.Sc Nursing) from a recognized university.

• Passing Year: Only candidates who have passed their Degree/Diploma in the years 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 are eligible.

• Eligibility Note: Candidates with “Appearing” or “Result awaited” status are not eligible to apply.

Stipend Details

Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend during the training period as per the rules.

Age Limit & Eligibility

• Nationality: Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.

• Prior Experience: Candidates who have already registered for or completed an apprenticeship in any other company are not eligible.

• Age Criteria: While specific age limits are not listed, eligibility is restricted to those who passed their qualifying exams in the last 4 years (2022-2025).

Selection Process

The selection for HAL Nasik Apprenticeship involves the following stages:

1. Academic Merit: Candidates will be provisionally shortlisted based on aggregate academic marks in their qualifying examination and eligible reservations.

2. Document Verification: Shortlisting is subject to the physical verification of original documents at the walk-in venue.

3. Medical Fitness: Shortlisted candidates must produce a medical fitness certificate from a Certified Medical Practitioner (minimum MBBS) at the time of joining.

4. Police Verification: A Police Verification certificate is required at the time of joining.

How to Apply

Interested candidates must follow the steps below to participate in the walk-in drive:

1. Register on NATS: Candidates must register on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal (https://nats.education.gov.in) and obtain a Registration Number.

2. Download Forms: Take a printout of Form-A and Form-B on a single page (Front-Back Print).

3. Fill Application: Fill Form-A completely before the verification. Leave Form-B (the flip side) blank for office use.

4. Prepare Documents: Carry original documents including Aadhar Card, NATS Dashboard screenshot, SSC Certificate, Degree/Diploma mark sheets, and Caste/EWS/PWD certificates if applicable.

5. Visit Venue: Report to the HAL Aircraft Division Nasik Main Gate between 15th and 17th December 2025 for document verification.
