Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) Nasik has released Merit list of Apprentice Engagement for 310 Posts. The Interviews were held from 09/09/2025 to 12/09/2025 . Candidates shortlisted for one year apprenticeship training in HAL Nasik are required to join HAL Nasik on 09th Oct 2025 as follows:
Reporting Date: 09th October 2025.
Time : 8.00 am
Venue: KINO Hall, HAL Ozar Township,Tal- Niphad, Dist-Nashik (Maharashtra)
Mandatory documents required during reporting :
NAPS registration number with 100 % profile completed. (Kindly do Aadhar based e – KYC on NAPS Portal.Your name on Aadhar card and NAPS profile must be same. Queries related to NAPS registration will not be entertained by HAL Nasik. Candidates are requested to contact their regional RDSDE office for the same.)
- Original ITI Passing certificate and mark sheets of all semesters.
- Original Police verification certificate issued by SP/CP of your residential area. (if there is delay in PV certificate, receipt of the PV application is essential at the time of reporting)
- SBI Bank Saving Account details (Passbook Copy) – For Stipend payment.
- Original Medical Fitness Certificate from registered medical practitioner (Not less than MBBS Doctor)
- AADHAR Card.
- Two Passport and two Stamp size photographs.
Documents if applicable:
- Original Caste certificate (OBC/SC/ST)
- Original Valid Non Creamy layer Certificate: For OBC-In Central government format.
- Original Economically Weaker Sections (EWS)
- Original Person with Disability: PWD
- MSI Card: For HAL wards (Son/Daughter)
Note: It is mandatory to submit a photocopy of the all the above documents neatly attached in a cardboard office file while joining
Uniform: Kindly refer Annexure -1 for type and colour of the prescribed Uniform/Shoes.
Other Instructions:
- Candidates already undergoing or completed apprenticeship in any other establishment are not eligible for apprenticeship training in HAL-Nasik.
- Candidates failing to report on the mentioned date & time will be presumed to be not interested in Apprenticeship Training and their candidature will be cancelled.
- HAL Nasik may provide hostel/accommodation (subject to availability) to the apprentices during the training period as per availability. However candidates are advised to make own arrangement for initial stay (4/5 days) till joining formalities are completed.
- Apprenticeship in HAL Nasik is for one year ONLY, thereafter HAL- Nasik will not be under any obligation to provide any employment
- False/Suppression of any information provided by you will be entitled to cancelation of apprenticeship at any point.
