Education Qualification
- Candidates must be honourably retired bank officers with experience in credit handling and having worked in rural, semi‑urban or urban areas.
- Computer proficiency is required—knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and internet operations is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of the local language (Hindi) is essential.
- Preference given to those with strong interpersonal and independent working ability.

Age Limit
- Candidates should not exceed 62 years of age at the time of engagement.
- The initial engagement tenure is for 3 years, extendable by an additional year subject to medical fitness and bank policy.
- Age relaxation may apply as per bank rules for shortlisted candidates.
Selection Process
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview.
- Date and time of interview will be intimated separately by the bank.
- Final selection will be subject to document verification and medical fitness.

Salary Details
- Fixed monthly remuneration: ₹ 25,000.
- For each outreach camp attended: ₹ 300 per camp, up to a maximum of ₹ 1,500 per month in addition.
