Educational Details
Candidates must meet the following essential qualifications as of the closing date of application:
Medical Degree: A Graduate in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from a recognized University or Institution approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC) or erstwhile Medical Council of India (MCI).
Registration: Permanent registration as a Medical Practitioner with the NMC or any other State Medical Council in the Indian Union.
Language: Knowledge of Hindi or Sanskrit up to Matric (10th) standard or higher education.
Preference: Preference shall be given to candidates possessing an MD/MS degree or Post Graduate Diploma approved by the NMC.
Salary
The selected candidates will be appointed as Medical Officers, Group-A, with a salary corresponding to Pay Level 10 of the Haryana Government pay matrix.
Scale of Pay: FPL-10
Starting Basic Pay: Rs. 56,100/-
Age Limit
The age limits are determined as of the last date for submission of online applications (07.01.2026).
Minimum Age: 22 years
Maximum Age: 35 years
Selection Process
The selection process is based on a structured merit scheme involving a Written Test and marks allocated for higher qualifications and experience.
Written Test: A Recruitment Test will be conducted by the University of Health Sciences, Rohtak, to shortlist candidates.
Final Merit Allocation: The final selection list will be prepared based on the total marks secured under the following scheme:
Written Test: 100 Marks
Post Graduate Degree (MD/MS): 14 Marks
Post Graduate Diploma: 10 Marks (Only degree marks are considered if a candidate holds both a diploma and a degree.)
Professional Experience: Up to 10 Marks (2 marks for each complete year of service in any Govt./Govt.-aided health institution/facility).
