HCL has announced 64 vacancies for the post of Junior Manager in different departments.

Educational Qualification

Candidates should possess the required qualification and experience as per the discipline:

• Mining: Diploma in Mining with 5 years’ experience and Foreman’s Certificate (Unrestricted) or B.E./B.Tech in Mining with 2 years’ experience and 2nd Class Manager’s Certificate.

• Geology: Post Graduate Degree in Geology with 2 years’ experience or Diploma in Draughtsmanship with 5 years’ experience.

• Survey: Diploma in Survey with 5 years’ experience and Mine Surveyor’s Certificate or Degree in Mining/Civil Engineering with 2 years’ experience.

• Environment: B.E./B.Tech in Environmental Engineering with 2 years’ relevant experience.

• Electrical: Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 5 years’ experience or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical with 2 years’ experience.

• Mechanical: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years’ experience or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Mining Machinery with 2 years’ experience.

• Civil: Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5 years’ experience or B.E./B.Tech in Civil with 2 years’ experience.

• Mineral Processing: B.E./B.Tech in Mineral Processing/Engineering with 2 years’ experience.

• Finance: Intermediate CA/ICWA with 3 years’ experience or MBA (Finance)/PG Diploma in Finance with 2 years’ experience.

• HR / Admin: Graduate with 5 years’ experience or PG Degree/PG Diploma/MBA in HR with 2 years’ experience.

• Law: Graduate with 5 years’ experience or LLB (3/5 year) with 2 years’ experience.

• Materials & Contracts: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream plus PG Degree/Diploma/MBA in Materials Management or Supply Chain Management with 2 years’ experience.

Salary

• Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – 3% – ₹1,20,000 (E0 Grade)

• Along with the basic pay, employees will receive additional allowances and benefits as per company policy.

Age Limit

Selection Process

The selection process will consist of the following stages:

1. Computer-Based Written Test – Objective type questions related to technical knowledge and general aptitude.

2. Document Verification – Shortlisted candidates will be called for verification of certificates and eligibility.
