Education Details
Candidates must hold an Engineering Graduation degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation streams.
Applicants must have completed their Engineering Graduation on or after 01-04-2023.
Candidates who completed their degree prior to 01-04-2023 are strictly not eligible.
Unreserved (UR) and OBC-NC candidates must have a minimum of 60% aggregate marks across all semesters/years.
Candidates belonging to SC, ST, and PwBD categories require a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
Registration and approval on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS 2.0) web portal by the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT) is mandatory.
Salary
Selected Graduate Apprentice Trainees will receive a consolidated monthly stipend of Rs. 25,000/-. Out of this total amount, Rs. 20,500/- will be paid directly by HPCL, and the remaining Rs. 4,500/- will be credited to the apprentices by the Government of India through the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) scheme.
Age Limit
Minimum Age: 18 years as of 02-03-2026.
Maximum Age: 25 years as of 02-03-2026.
Age Relaxations: The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC-NC candidates, and 10 years for PwBD candidates.
