Haryana Stenographer Recruitment 2026 Education Qualification

Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria as of the closing date of the application:

• Essential Qualification: 10+2 (Intermediate) or its equivalent from a recognized board or Graduation (depending on the specific post).

• CET Qualification: Must have qualified the Common Eligibility Test (CET) for Group-C posts.

• Skill Requirement:

  • Hindi Shorthand: Speed of 64 w.p.m. and transcription at 11 w.p.m. (for Steno-Typist).

• Junior Scale Stenographer: FPL-4 (₹25,500 – ₹81,100)
• Senior Scale Stenographer: FPL-6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400).

• Maximum Age: 42 Years

Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories (SC/BC/EWS) as per Haryana Government rules.
