ICAI CA September 2025 Results: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is set to announce the results for the Chartered Accountancy (CA) examinations held in September 2025. Candidates who appeared for the Foundation, Intermediate, and Final exams can expect their results to be declared in the first week of November 2025, with a tentative date of November 6, 2025.

Passing Criteria

Foundation Course: Minimum 40% marks in each paper and 50% aggregate.

Intermediate & Final Courses: Minimum 40% marks in each paper and 50% aggregate.
Candidates who score 70% or more overall will be awarded a “Pass with Distinction.”
