The first step in participating in this recruitment selection process is to fill out an online application. Candidates must make their IDBI Junior Assistant Manager online application from 15th September 2025 to 30th September 2025.

The selection process will comprise an online test followed by a personal interview with the candidates who have qualified for the online test. The online test will be objective. The details of the same are furnished hereunder:

The applicants will be called for the Online Test based on the information provided by them in the online application form, subject to scrutiny at a later date.

Penalty for Wrong Answers – For each question the candidate has given a wrong answer, one-fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as a penalty to arrive at a corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. the candidate marks no answer, there will be no penalty for that question.

The flourishing Online test applicants will be called for a personal interview. While the number of candidates to be called for an interview will be at the discretion of IDBI Bank, an adequate number of candidates in each category, as decided by the Bank, will be called for an Interview. During the interview, the candidates can answer the questions in Hindi or English. Applicants qualifying for the personal interview shall be considered for final shortlisting. The interview will consist of 100 marks & candidates will have to score minimum qualifying marks to be considered for final selection.

Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score in each online examination test and a minimum total score to be considered for being shortlisted for a personal interview. Cut-offs will be decided based on the number of vacancies, and candidates will be shortlisted for interview. Before the completion of the interview process, scores obtained in the online examination will not be shared with the candidates shortlisted for the interview. The personal interviews shall be of 100 marks and candidates need to score the minimum qualifying marks in an interview, which shall not be less than 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates). The combined final score of candidates shall be arrived at based on scores obtained by the candidates in the Online Test and Interview. While appearing for the Intervie, thew candidate should produce valid prescribed

documents as indicated in the relevant sections of this advertisement. In the absence of documents, the candidature of the candidates shall be cancelled. IDBI Bank takes no responsibility for receiving/collecting any certificate/ document sent separately. A candidate should qualify both in the Online Test and interview and rank sufficiently high in the combined marks merit list to be shortlisted for selection to be in the reckoning for inclusion the final select list. The final selection or offer of employment would be made based on the following formula Final Score = 3/4 of Online Test Score +1/4 of Interview Score (Interview shall be of 100 marks and candidates need to score the minimum qualifying marks in the interview, which shall not be less than 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates) & being found medically fit by the Bank’s Medical Officer subject to fulfillment of all other eligibility criteria with regard to age, qualification and successful completion of the course and award of certificate by Manipal University/Nitte University as stipulated in the advertisement.
