IIFCL has announced a total of 37 vacancies. Of these, 33 posts are for Assistant Managers (Grade A), while the remaining 4 are for Managers (Grade B). The distribution spans Generalist and Environment & Social Safeguard roles.

Education Details

• Manager & Assistant Manager (Generalist): Candidates must hold a Post Graduate degree/diploma in any discipline, a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB), BA+LLB (5 years), CA, CS, CMA/ICWA, or a B.Tech/B.E. degree.

• Manager & Assistant Manager (Environment & Social Safeguard): Candidates must possess an Engineering degree, a postgraduate diploma in Environmental Management, Environmental Sciences, M.Sc., or a Postgraduate Degree in Social Work Sociology/Anthropology/Economics Development Services.

• Note: The Manager (Grade B) roles require specific minimum post-qualification experience (usually 7 years overall, with 2 years in relevant sectors), whereas Assistant Manager (Grade A) roles require at least 2 years of post-qualification experience.

IIFCL Recruitment 2026 Salary

Candidates selected for the Assistant Manager (Grade A) and Manager (Grade B) posts will receive an initial basic pay of Rs. 44,500/- per month, resulting in an approximate gross salary of Rs. 55,200/- per month. Additional perks include leased accommodation facilities (in lieu of HRA), medical reimbursements, leave encashment, and gratuity.

Age Limit (as of 28/02/2026)

• Assistant Manager (Grade A): Minimum 21 years and Maximum 30 years.

• Manager (Grade B): Maximum age limit is 40 years.

• Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation is applicable as per government norms (5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, and 10+ years for PwBD).

Selection Process
