IPPB GDS Recruitment 2025: India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) has announced 358 Executive vacancies on a contract basis, primarily for Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) engaged with the Department of Posts. Online registration runs from 09 October 2025 to 29 October 2025. Candidates will be shortlisted mainly on graduation marks, with IPPB reserving the right to conduct an online test. Salary is a fixed ₹30,000 per month.

IPPB requires 348 Gramin Dak Sevaks on engagement from DoP to perform direct sales and related activities at various offices of the Bank as per the requirements of the Bank. The GDS on engagement to IPPB will play a key role in lead generation, direct sales, coordination and generation of business through the Business Correspondent arrangement between DoP and IPPB.

IPPB has notified a total of 358 Executive posts to be filled from eligible GDS personnel across circles/states. Circle-wise distribution is provided below:

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline (Regular /Distance Learning) from University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body

Minimum Experience

The applicant should have no vigilance/ disciplinary case pending against him/her and should also not be serving punishment at the time of applying.

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university/institute, and
• Must be a Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS) engaged with the Department of Posts as on 01.08.2025.
  (No prior experience mandated as per notification.)

Salary

• ₹30,000 (fixed) per month.
  (As per notification; no additional allowances beyond what is stated by IPPB.) 

Age Limit (as on 01.08.2025)

• Minimum: 20 years
• Maximum: 35 years
• Relaxations: As per Government norms for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen. 

Selection Process

Merit list will be drawn bank outlet-wise. Selection will be made on the basis of the percentage of marks obtained in the graduation. However, the Bank reserves the right to conduct an Online Test.

Application Fee

Application Fee of ₹ 750/- (Non-Refundable) is payable. Candidates should ensure their eligibility before paying the fees/applying online. Application once made will not be allowed to be withdrawn and fee once paid will NOT be refunded under any circumstances nor can it be held in reserve for any other future selection process.
