KVS NVS Tier-1 Exam Pattern
The Tier-1 exam is an objective-type screening test designed to qualify candidates for the next phase of the selection process.
- Mode: Offline (Pen-and-Paper mode using OMR sheets).
- Total Questions: 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
- Total Marks: 300 Marks (3 marks per correct answer).
- Duration: 120 Minutes (2 Hours).
- Negative Marking: Applicable for incorrect answers.
- Subjects Covered: Reasoning, Numerical Ability, General Knowledge/Current Affairs, Computer Literacy, English Language, and Hindi/Regional Language.
How to Download KVS NVS Admit Card 2026
Candidates can follow these steps to obtain their hall tickets:
- Visit the official CBSE recruitment portal at cbse.gov.in or the official KVS/NVS websites.
- Locate and click on the link titled “Download KVS NVS Admit Card 2026 for Tier-1”.
- A login page will appear. Enter your Registration Number (Note: It should start with the prefix “2598”).
- Input your Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY) or Password.
- Type the Security Pin (Captcha) exactly as shown on the screen.
- Click on the “Submit” button to view your dashboard.
- Verify your details (Name, Photo, Exam Center) and click on “Download Admit Card”.
- Take 2-3 clear printouts of the PDF for exam day use.
