Exam Details (MAT & SAT)
The NMMS Maharashtra exam consists of two objective-type papers, each carrying 90 marks:
Mental Ability Test (MAT): Focuses on reasoning, critical thinking, and analytical skills through topics like analogies, classification, and numerical series.
Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT): Covers the school syllabus of Class 7 and Class 8, focusing on Science, Social Studies, and Mathematics.
Each paper has a duration of 90 minutes. The answer key will provide the correct alternatives for all 180 questions asked in the exam.
Qualifying & Cut-off Marks
To be eligible for the scholarship, students must secure the minimum qualifying marks in both the MAT and SAT papers independently. The standard qualifying criteria are as follows:

SC/ST/PH Category: Minimum 32% marks in each paper (approx. 29 marks out of 90).
