Maharashtra RTE Admission 2025-26 Online Form: The Maharashtra School Education Department has Started accepting Applications for 25% Right to Education (RTE) admissions for the Academic year 2025-26. According to RTE, 25% Seats in in private, unaided, and municipal schools will be Reserved to economically weaker and disadvantaged sections. The application process for these Admissions in all Schools Started on January 14, 2025, and the last date for Registrations is January 27, 2025. Parents of Students can Apply Online at official Website link – student.maharashtra.gov.in.

सन 2025-2026 या वर्षी करिता RTE 25 % प्रवेश प्रक्रिये अंतर्गत RTE प्रवेश पात्र शाळांचे व्हेरिफिकेशन बुधवार दिनांक 18/12/2024 पासून सुरु होत आहॆ. सर्व आर टी इ 25 टक्के प्रवेश पात्र शाळांनी आपल्या शाळेची आवश्यक सर्व माहिती अचूक व वस्तुनिष्ठ असल्याची खात्री करूनच संकेतस्थळावर अद्ययावत करावी. तसेच शाळांकरिता निर्धारित करुन दिलेल्या वेळेत आपली नोंदणी प्रक्रिया पूर्ण होईल याची दक्षता घ्यावी.

Maharashtra RTE admissions 2025-26: Eligibility Criteria

Children of parents whose annual income is less than ₹1 lakh are eligible under the economically weaker section.
Parents should select up to 10 schools carefully during the application process.
Children who were previously admitted under the RTE quota are not eligible to apply again. If any incorrect information is submitted leading to re-admission, the admission will be cancelled.
The distance from home to the school must be calculated using Google Maps, as stated in the notification.
Applications must be submitted within the specified deadline to avoid disqualification.
It is advised to apply early to avoid potential technical issues, such as internet disruptions, during the final submission days.
Ensure that all details, such as home address, date of birth, income certificate, disability certificate, and caste certificate, are accurate and complete.
Parents should only submit one complete application per child and refrain from uploading documents online.

According to the official notification, under Section 12(c)(1) of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009, children from weaker and disadvantaged sections are eligible for admission in self-financed schools, unaided schools, police welfare schools (unaided), and municipal schools (self-financed).

Maharashtra RTE Admission 2025-26: Steps to Apply

Following Steps to be followed by Parents during RTE Admission registration:

Step 1: Visit the official Maharashtra student portal: student.maharashtra.gov.in.

Step 2: Locate the section or link dedicated to RTE admissions for your region.
Step 3:If you do not have an account, register on the portal. Existing users can log in using their credentials.
Step 4: Complete the online application form with accurate details.
Step 5: Review all entered information carefully before submitting the form.
Step 6: Save or print a copy of the submitted application for future reference

पालकांकरीता सूचना (2025-2026)

1) आर.टी.ई. प्रवेश प्रक्रिया 2025-2026 या वर्षाकरिता पालकांनी अर्ज भरण्यास सुरुवात झाली आहे. पालकांनी पुढील सूचना पाळूनच अर्ज भरून पूर्ण करावा.

2) पालकांनी अर्ज भरताना आपल्या राहत्या निवासाचा पूर्ण पत्ता आणि google location पुन्हा पुन्हा तपासून पाहावे .पूर्ण अर्ज बरोबर असल्याची खात्री झाल्या शिवाय अर्ज सबमिट करू नये.

3) आपल्या बालकाचा अर्ज भरत असताना जन्मदाखल्यावरीलच जन्म दिनांक लिहावा. एकदा भरलेली जन्मतारीख पुन्हा बदलता येणार नाही !

4) १ कि.मी, १ ते ३ कि.मी अंतरावर शाळा निवडत असताना कमाल १० च शाळा निवडाव्यात.

5) अर्ज भरत असताना आवश्यक कागदपत्र पालकांनी तयार ठेवावेत. लॉटरी लागली आणि कागदपत्र नसतील तर प्रवेश रद्द होऊ शकतो याची नोंद घ्यावी.

6) अर्ज भरून झाल्यावर जर तो चुकला आहे असे समजले तर पहिला अर्ज सबमिट करण्यापूर्वी डिलीट करावा आणि नवीन अर्ज भरावा.

7) एका पालकाने आपल्या बालकासाठी डुप्लिकेट अर्ज भरू नये. एकाच बालकाचे २ अर्ज आढळून आल्यास त्या बालकाचे दोन्ही अर्ज बाद होतील व ते अर्ज लॉटरी प्रक्रियेमध्ये समाविष्ट केले जाणार नाहीत.

8) अर्ज भरल्यावर पालकांनी अर्ज क्रमांक , अर्जात लिहिलेला मोबाइल नंबर आणि अर्जाची प्रत स्वत: जवळ लॉटरी प्रक्रिया होईपर्यंत जपून ठेवावी.

9) अर्ज भरत असताना अर्जातील माहिती खोटी अथवा चुकीची आढळल्यास मिळालेला प्रवेश रद्द होईल.

10) अर्ज करताना पासवर्ड विसरल्यास तो Recover Password यावर क्लिक करून रिसेट करावा .

11) RTE २५ % प्रवेश 2025-2026 या वर्षाकरिता पालकांनी ओंनलाईन अर्ज भरण्याची मुदत 27/01/2025 पर्यंत राहील.

12) दिव्यांग बालकांना अर्ज करण्यासाठी दिव्यांगत्वाचे प्रमाण पत्र 40% आणि त्या पुढील ग्राह्य धरण्यात येईल.

13) सन 2025-2026 या वर्षाकरिता निवासी पुरावा म्हणून गॅस बुक रद्द करण्यात येत आहे .

14) सन 2025-2026 या वर्षाकरिता निवासी पुरावा म्हणून बँकेचे पासबूक दिल्यास फक्त राष्ट्रीय कृत बँकेचेच पासबुक ग्राह्य धरण्यात येणार आहे.

15) अर्ज भरताना location चुकू नये म्हणून google map वर पत्ता टाकून ते lattitude,longitude प्रवेश अर्जावर टाकल्यास location चुकणार नाही.

16) बालकाच्या जन्मतारखेबाबत : दिव्यांग बालकाचा अर्ज भरत असताना जन्मतारखेबाबत काही समस्या आल्यास त्वरित rtemah2020@gmail.com OR educom-mah@mah.gov.in वर इमेल पाठवावा.
