MOIL Limited Mine Foreman, Winding Engine Driver & Other Jobs: Eligibility Criteria

Before applying the candidates should ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility criteria. Admission to Computer Based Online Test will be purely provisional. Candidature will be subject to verification of details/documents, if shortlisted or at any stage of the recruitment process/appointment.

Educational Qualifications

Applicants must Pass 10th, Diploma, B.E/B. Tech from a recognized Organization/Board.

• Select Grade Mine Foreman: B.E/B. Tech in Mining or Diploma in Mining & Mine Surveying with a valid Mine Foreman Certificate/Manager Certificate of Competency and relevant experience.
• Mine Foreman: Diploma in Mining & Mine Surveying or SSC with a valid Mine Foreman Certificate/Manager Certificate of Competency and required experience.
• Mine Mate Gr.-I: SSC Pass with a valid Mine Mate Certificate of Competency and 3 years of experience.
• Blaster Gr.-II: SSC Pass with a valid Blaster’s Certificate of Competency and 1 year of experience.
• Winding Engine Driver-II: SSC Pass with a 1st Class Winding Engine Driver Certificate and relevant experience.

Age Limit

The candidates must be at a maximum of 

• Select Grade Mine Foreman & Mine Foreman: Up to 45 years (relaxation as per Govt. norms).
• Mine Mate & Winding Engine Driver: Up to 40 years (relaxation as per Govt. norms).
• Blaster: Up to 35 years.

Age Relaxation: – SC/ ST /OBC/PWD/ PH Candidates Relaxation as per Government Rule Regulation.

Salary Details

Selected candidates will get ₹24,100 – ₹50,040 from the organization.

• Select Grade Mine Foreman (NE-09): ₹27,600 – ₹50,040
• Mine Foreman (NE-08): ₹26,900 – ₹48,770
• Mine Mate Gr.-I (NE-05): ₹24,800 – ₹44,960
• Blaster Gr.-II (NE-04): ₹24,100 – ₹43,690
• Winding Engine Driver-II (NE-05): ₹24,800 – ₹44,960

Selection Process

The candidates will be selected based on performance in Written Test / Trade Test.
