MPESB ITI Training Officer Education Qualification

To be eligible for the MP ITI Training Officer post, candidates must meet specific educational criteria as per the rulebook:

• Essential Qualification: High School (10th Class) or equivalent exam passed.

• Technical Qualification:

  • National Trade Certificate (NTC/ITI) in the relevant trade from NCVT/SCVT.

  • OR

  • Diploma or Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in the relevant branch of Engineering/Technology from a recognized university or board.

• Note: Candidates must ensure their qualification matches the specific trade they are applying for.

Salary Structure

Selected candidates will be appointed as Training Officers with a lucrative salary package under the 7th Pay Commission.

• Pay Level: Level-9

• Pay Scale: ₹ 32,800 – ₹ 1,03,600 per month.

• Allowances: Dearness Allowance (DA), HRA, and other state government benefits will be applicable.

Age Limit

The age criteria for candidates is calculated as of 01 January 2027 (As per the official rulebook reference).

• Minimum Age: 18 Years

• Maximum Age (Unreserved): 40 Years

• Age Relaxation:

  • SC / ST / OBC / Government Employees / Women: Up to 5 Years relaxation (Max age 45 years).

  • Note: Relaxation is applicable only for Domicile candidates of Madhya Pradesh.

Selection Process

The final selection will be based strictly on merit. The process includes:

1. Written Examination (CBT): An objective type online test of 100 Marks.

   • Trade Related Questions: 75 Marks

   • General Section (Science, Maths, GK, Reasoning, Computer): 25 Marks

2. Document Verification: Verification of original certificates for qualified candidates.

3. Medical Examination: Fitness test before final joining.
