Salary
Selected candidates will be appointed on probation and receive training stipend for the initial period.
Pay Scale (Upon Regular Appointment): Rs. 25,300 – 80,500/- (Level 6).
Training Stipend:
1st Year: 70% of the minimum pay.
2nd Year: 80% of the minimum pay.
3rd Year: 90% of the minimum pay.
Training and Probation: The training period is 9 months, followed by a probation period of 3 years.
Age Limit (as on 01.01.2025)
Minimum Age: 18 years.
Maximum Age: 40 years (for general candidates).
Age Relaxation: A 5-year relaxation is applicable to Madhya Pradesh domicile candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), PWD, and MP Government/Corporation employees. The maximum age limit, including all relaxations, shall not exceed 45 years.
Selection Process
The selection for the Plant Assistant post will be based entirely on the marks secured in the Computer Based Test (CBT).
Written Examination (CBT): The test will be 100 marks, with 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
Subject Distribution: 75 questions will be from the relevant technical subject/discipline, and 25 questions will cover General Knowledge, Aptitude, and Logical Ability.
Negative Marking: There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers.
Qualifying Cut-off: Candidates must achieve a minimum of 40% marks for the UR category, and 30% marks for SC/ST/EWS/OBC (NCL)/PWD candidates.
Document Verification: A merit list will be prepared based on the CBT scores, and shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification.
