Education Details
To be eligible for the apprenticeship, candidates must possess:
A Matriculation (Class 10th) certificate with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
An ITI Examination Certificate (NCVT/SCVT) in the relevant trade with a minimum of 65% aggregate marks.
Salary
Selected apprentices will be paid a monthly stipend as per the Apprenticeship Act 1961 and the prevailing Government of India rules for the entire one-year duration of the training.
Age Limit
As per the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) guidelines, there is no upper age restriction for apprenticeship training. However, candidates must be at least 18 years of age as of 01 June 2026 to be eligible for these specific positions.
Selection Process
The selection procedure for the NSRY Apprentice 2026 will involve the following stages:
Merit List: Shortlisting will be done based on the aggregate percentage secured in Matriculation (10th) and ITI.
Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview.
Medical Examination: Final selection is subject to clearing a medical fitness test and document verification.
