Qualification Details:

Post	Educational Qualification
Executive Trainee (Electrical/Mechanical) (E-2 Grade)	Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology/AMIE/BSc. Engg. in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with ≥ 65% marks (≥ 55% for SC/ST). Must have appeared and qualified in GATE 2025.
Executive Trainee (Finance) (E-2 Grade)	Passed final exam of CA (Chartered Accountant)/CMA (Cost and Management Accountant)
Executive Trainee (Human Resources) (E-2 Grade)	Graduate with full-time MBA or Post Grad Degree/Diploma in HR with ≥ 65% marks. Must have appeared in UGC-NET in HRM related subjects in Dec 2023 and scored ≥ 40%.

Age: One’s age must not be below 18 and above 30 years, for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes aspirants, the upper age limit is 35 years.
