The assessment of the candidates will be made based on performance in two stages. First Stage is a Written Examination (OMR Based)consisting of Objective/Multiple Choice Questions and the Second Stage is an Interview as per the details given below: –

STAGE-I : Written Examination (OMR Based)

Note-1: There will be negative marking of 0.5 mark for each wrong answer and 00 (zero) mark for the question not attempted. Note-2: Stage I (Written Examination) for both posts will be conducted on the same day as the shift mentioned above. Note-3: Broad topics for the written examination are available at the https://recruit-ndl.nielit.gov.in website (a link to which is also available at the https://ntro.gov.in website).
STAGE-II : Interview
Aviator-II : 50 Marks		Technical Assistant : 50 Marks
Note-1: Candidates who are shortlisted based on their performance in Stage I will only be called for Stage II. The Interview will be conducted in New Delhi only. Note-2:Weightage will be given to the candidates possessing related/relevant experience.
