Bihar Board 11th Registration Form 2026 for the academic Year 2026-28 has started. The Bihar School Examination Board, Patna, accepts the Bihar Board 11th Registration Form for the 2026-28 Session from April 08 to 18, 2026. The BSEB released the Class 10 results on 29 March 2026.
A total of 15,10,928 students appeared for the examination, including 7,84,871 girls and 7,26,057 boys. Out of the total candidates, 12,35,743 students passed the exam. Among them, 4,43,723 students secured first division, 4,75,511 students obtained second division, and 3,03,103 students passed in third division with an overall pass percentage of 81.79%.
About Bihar Board
The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has developed an Online System named OFSS (Online Facilitation System for Students) for taking admission in Graduation/degree colleges across ten universities in Bihar. This system enables students to apply for admission to the graduation/degree colleges of the following universities. The ten universities in which a student can take admission using the OFSS system are:

| Common Prospectus for Admission in Intermediate Colleges & Schools |
Students who will apply under Sports Quota, Donor Quota, Ward Quota or Fine Arts Quota has to apply in the respective colleges in ONLINE mode in the college only.

Bihar 11th,12th, Degree Online Admission through OFSS
Using OFSS, students will apply online for admission to graduation/Degree Courses for the session 2026-28 for Honours. Pass or complete a Paper or Pass course (where available) in the Arts, Commerce, or Science streams. For Intermediate/Class 11 Admission, students need to apply online on the official OFSS website, i.e., www.ofssbihar.in.
The Bihar Board (BSEB) has initiated the Online process for inter-enrollment. Students will apply for enrollment as per the college and school seats. This time, there will be a total enrollment of about 15 lakh 65 thousand 812 seats across all 32 schools and colleges in the state.
Important Dates
The School/College Intermediate Class 11th Registration Form will be available for filling from 12th November 2021. As you are aware, schools and colleges will reopen after Chhath Puja.

Who can apply?
For 11th Admission:
Students who have passed the matriculation or equivalent Examination from Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB), Central Board for Secondary Education (CBSE), Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) or any other national / state boards are eligible to apply online for admission.
For 12th Admission:
The students who have passed the Intermediate Examination, +2 examination or equivalent examination from Bihar School Examination Board, Central Board for Secondary Educationn (CBSE), Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) or any other State board are eligible to apply online for admission.
Bihar Board Inter Application Fee 2026
Students can apply online via the Common Application Form (CAF) available on ofssbihar.net, which can be accessed from any place with an Internet connection. The application fee for online admission is Rs. 350/- only, and the mode of payment is described in the Common Application Form (CAF).
- Application Fee for GEN/OBC/ST/SC and Others: Rs. 350/-
- (Rs. 100/- For Application Fee + Rs. 200/- For College/ University Inherent Fee)
Students need to pay the Application Fee Online Through a Debit Card, a Credit Card, or an E-Challan.
How To Apply for OFSS Bihar 11th Admissions 2026-28
- First of all, a student needs to keep a valid email ID, mobile number, and mark sheet. Scan Copies of Photograph & Signature On White Paper.
- Then go to the Official Website of OFSS i.e., www.ofssbihar.in
- After Opening the Website, Click on the Button Online Intermediate Registration Portal. Then, Click On the Check Box To Accept the Terms & Conditions.
- Enter the required details for registration in the Required Class, then Click On ‘Student Log In’ and fill out the Common Application Form.
- After Filling Application Form, Click On Pay Now Button
- Complete the Payment Process and Take Print of it For Admission for future Reference.
