OPSC AIO Recruitment 2025: The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC ) has released a Notification for recruiting 151 Assistant Industries Officer Vacancies with Notification wide 08 of 2024-25. Eligible candidates can apply Online starting from 10th January 2025. And the Last date for Applications through Online mode is 15th February 2025.

OPSC Assistant Industries Officer Recruitment 2025 Notification 

Online applications are invited from the Eligible candidates through online on the website at www.opsc.gov.in from 15.01.2025 to 15.02.2025. (Note: 15.02.2025 is the last date/ closing date for submission of Registered Online Application) for recruitment to 151 posts of Assistant Industries Officer in Class II (Group-B) of Odisha Industries Service under Micro, Small & Medium Enterprise Department in the pre-revised Scale of Pay of Rupees 9,300-34,800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 4,600/- i.e., in the revised scale of pay of Level 10, Cell 01 of Pay Matrix under ORSP Rules, 2017 with usual Dearness and other Allowances as may be sanctioned by the Government of Odisha from time to time.

As per requisition furnished by the MS&ME Department, Government of Odisha, the category wise vacancy position along with reservation thereof is given below:

OPSC AIO Recruitment 2025 Educational Qualifications

• The candidate must be a citizen of India;
• He/ She must be of good mental condition and bodily health and free from any physical and mental defect, likely to interfere with the discharge of his or her duties in the service.

He/ She must have –

• Passed Standard – VII examination with Odia as a language subject from a school or educational institution recognized by the Government of Odisha or the Central Government;       or
• Passed Matriculation or equivalent examination with Odia as medium of examination in non-language subject; or
• Passed a test in Odia of Class – VII Standard conducted by School & Mass Education Department of Government of Odisha/ Board of Secondary Education, Odisha.

Age Limit

A candidate must have attained the age of 21 (Twenty-one) years and must not be above the age of 38 (Thirty-Eight) years as on the 1st day of January 2024 i.e., he/she must have been born not earlier than 2^nd January 1986 and not later than 1st January 2003.

Age Relaxations for SC/ST/BC/PWD and Other Reserved Contenders will be provided as per the rules.

Salary Details

Selected Candidates candidates will Get Scale of Pay of Rupees 9,300-34,800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 4,600/- i.e., in the revised scale of pay of Level -10, Cell- 01 of Pay Matrix under ORSP Rules, 2017 with usual Dearness and other Allowances as may be sanctioned by the Government of Odisha from time to time.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates for recruitment to the posts of Assistant Industries Officer shall be made on the basis of Written Examination & Personality Test (Interview).
