OPSC OCS 2025 Notification
Online applications are invited from the prospective candidates through the Proforma Application Form to be made available in the WEBSITE opsc.gov.in. The link for registration and submission of online application shall be available from 10.01.2025 to 10.02.2025 (Note- 10.02.2025 is the last date/closing date for submission of registered Online Application) for admission to the Odisha Civil Services Preliminary Examination, 2025 for recruitment to the Posts and Services coming under the Odisha Civil Services (Group-A & Group-B) along with Scale of Pay as mentioned below. The Examination will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Odisha Civil Services (Combined Competitive Recruitment Examination) Rules, 1991 as amended from time to time along with Odisha Civil Services (CCRE) (third) Amendment Rules, 2022. The relevant portions of the said Rules are available in the Website of the Commission.

OPSC OCS 2025: Eligibility Criteria
OPSC OAS 2025 Essential Qualification
- A candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from any University incorporated by an Act of the Central or a State Legislature in ‹ndia or an Educational Institution established by an Act of Parliament or deemed to be a University under Section-3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or a Foreign University approved by the Central Government.
OPSC OAS 2025 Age Limit
- A candidate must be under 32 years and over 21 years of age as on the 1st day of January 2024,
- The candidate must have been born not earlier than 02/01/1986 and not later than 01/01/2003 (both dates inclusive).

OPSC OAS 2025 Selection Process
- Written Examination (Preliminary, Mains)
- Personality Test / Interview

Both Preliminary and Main Examination will be held at five Zonal Centres of the State, viz: Balasore, Berhampur, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack and Sambalpur depending on the number of candidates from the respective zones. OPSC OAS 2025 Application Fee
- The application fee for applicants is Rs.500/-
A candidate is required to pay a non-refundable and non-adjustable fee of Rs.500/-(Rupees five hundred) only. The fee paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances the fee be adjusted or held in reserve for any other examination or recruitment. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe of Odisha and persons with disability, whose permanent disability is not less than 40% are exempted from payment of this fee.
