Education Qualification
- Academic Qualification:
- B.Tech/B.E (or equivalent AMIE Section A & B) in Electrical/Electronics.
- OR
- Doctorate or PG degree in the relevant field.
- Experience:
- Must have at least 30 years of experience in the design and development of systems related to Electro-Optics, Fire Control Systems (FCS), Laser Warning Systems, and Electro-Optical surveillance for Main Battle Tanks (MBTs) or Infantry Combat Vehicles (ICVs).

Salary Details
- Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 1,20,000/- + IDA (Industrial Dearness Allowance).
- Annual Increase: In the event of an extension, the remuneration for the extended period will be increased by 5% on the last drawn remuneration (excluding conveyance).
- Conveyance: If a company car is not provided/utilized, a reimbursement of Rs. 8,000/- per month is payable.
- TA/DA: Entitled to TA/DA for official journeys as per AVNL rules.
- Accommodation: Company accommodation or Guest House stay may be provided based on availability during official visits or posting.
- Leave: 15 days of Casual-cum-sick leave per calendar year on a pro-rata basis.
