Essential:
i) Must be holding certificate of competency as 2nd Mate (FG) or higher, issued by the Ministry of Shipping, Govt. of India (Or) an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of Shipping, Govt. of India.
ii) GMDSS certificate
(Note: Above certificates at (i) & (ii) expired during last three years are also accepted)
iii) One year expenence as certified Navigating Officer
The candidate should not have been convicted by any Court of Law.
PPA reserves the right to either cancel the circular or increase/decrease the number of engagements without assigning any reason thereof.
