SIDBI SO Jobs – Education Details & Experience
Candidates must possess the requisite educational qualifications and work experience from recognized universities or institutions to be eligible for these roles:
- Technology Roles (Data Scientist, AI Specialist, ML Engineer, Data Engineer): B.E./B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Data Engineering, or AI. Requires 3 to 8 years of relevant work experience depending on the specific post.
- Data Protection Officer (DPO): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Law, IT, or Management preferred) with a minimum of 15 years of experience.
- Finance & Management Roles (Portfolio Manager, Relationship Manager, SPM): Graduate with MBA/CA/CFA preferred, along with 6 to 10 years of specific domain experience.
- Cluster Manager: Degree in Agri-Business, Rural Management, Commerce, or related fields with at least 3 years of experience.
Salary / Remuneration
SIDBI offers a highly competitive remuneration package for Specialist Officers, varying based on the role and candidate’s experience level:
- Data Protection Officer & Portfolio Manager: ₹45 Lakh to ₹55.00 Lakh per annum.
- Strategic Partnerships Manager: ₹25 Lakh to ₹30 Lakh per annum.
- Relationship Manager: ₹20 Lakh to ₹25 Lakh per annum.
