Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), Southern Railway has published a latest notification for the recruitment of 3518 Apprentice Vacancies for imparting training under the Apprentices Act, 1961 in the designated trades at various Divisions/Workshops/Units in the jurisdiction of Southern Railway. Eligible and Interested candidates can apply online through the official website, i.e., sr.indianrailways.gov.in, from 25th August 2025 to 25th September 2025.

Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), Southern Railway has published Southern Railway Apprentice Notification for 3518 Apprentice Posts on its official website, i.e., sr.indianrailways.gov.in. 20% of the vacancies in the case of Direct recruitment to posts in Level 1 may be filled, giving preference to course-completed apprentice trainees (CCAAs) trained in railway establishments and possessing a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC).

Age Limit
15 to 22 years for Freshers and 15 to 24 years for Ex-ITI and MLT candidates as on 22 July 2025. The Upper age is relaxable upto 3 years for OBC-(NCL), 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 10 Years for Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD).
Salary Details
Selected Candidates will Get a Stipend from Rs. 6000 – Rs. 7000
