SCERT, TG, Hyderabad – Implementation of Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) for classes 1st to 5th & Learning Improvement Programme (LIP) for classes 6th to 9th for the academic year 2025-26 – Conduct of baseline test in all Government, Local body, TGMS, TGREIS, KGBVs and Urban Residential Schools between 25th – 30th June, 2025-Results are to be uploaded by 15th July, 2025 in Telangana School Education App – Certain instructions
The Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) & Learning Improvement Programme (LIP) are quality improvement programmes. FLN is being implemented for classes 1st to 5th and LIP for classes 6th to 9th with an objective to address the learning gaps and to improve subject-specificĀ learning outcomes among the students studying in Govt./Local body/TGMS / KGBVs/TGREIS/ Urban Residential Schools. Accordingly, instructions were issued vide reference 2nd and 3rd cited.
In continuation of the above, the District Educational Officers of all districts are hereby informed that as a part of the implementation of FLN and LIP in the Academic year 2025-26, a baseline test is to be conducted between 25th -30th June, 2025. Progress of the children is to be uploaded in Telangana School Education App by 15th July, 2025 as per the reference 2nd and 3rd cited above.
The soft copies of the Baseline Test question papers along with guidelines for evaluation for FLN and LIP have been sent to all DEOs via email. DEOs are requested to disseminate the same to all Headmasters/Principals/Special Officers of Government, Local body, TGMS, TGREIS, KGBVs and Urban Residential Schools.
Further, the DEOs are requested to bestow their personal attention to conduct the baseline test of FLN and LIP between 25th – 30th June, 2025 and ensure results are to be uploaded in Telangana Education App by 15th July, 2025.
