TG ICET Counselling 2026 Notification Out: Registration Dates

TG ICET 2026 First Phase Counseling: The eligible and qualified candidates of TG ICET 2026 desirous of seeking admission into MBA and MCA Courses are informed that the payment of Processing Fee, Slot Booking for Certificate Verification, Certificate Verification, and Option Exercise will commence as per the schedule given below. For details of the procedure to be followed and other relevant information, please read the instructions to the candidate placed on the website tsicet.nic.in.

Candidates qualified in TS ICET-2026 and secured 50% (for OC) and 45% (for Others) in aggregate marks in the Degree or its equivalent examination.

The Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test (TS ICET) 2026 Phase 1 counselling registration is set to commence on July 31, 2026. This process is crucial for candidates aspiring to secure admission into MBA and MCA programs offered by various colleges across Telangana. The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has outlined the detailed schedule and procedures for the counselling process.

TS ICET Counselling 2026 Process Steps

The aspirants who qualified in the TS ICET Examination can check the TS ICET First Phase counselling dates online from the official website given above. Applicants who did not appear for certificate verification can attend document verification at the nearest helpline centres. Aspirants who applied and attended the first and second round counselling may also access their old password and login ID and can see the remaining vacant seats available in the TS ICET First Phase Counselling.

Eligibility

Candidates who had qualified in TSICET-2026 and who secured 50% (for Unreserved) and 45% (for reserved) aggregate marks in Degree or its equivalent examination. 

The candidate seeking admission

• For MBA: Should have passed a recognised Bachelor’s Degree Examination of minimum three years’ duration except Oriental Languages.
• For MCA: Should have passed BCA/B.Sc / B.Com/ B.A with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduation level.

TG ICET Counselling 2026: Registration Fee

Update the information and pay the Processing Fee of Rs. 600/- (for SC/ST) and Rs. 1200/- (for others) through online payment (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking)

TS ICET Certificate Verification

• Candidate presence is mandatory for Certificate Verification, strictly as per the scheduled Slot Booking date and time at the Help Line Centre.
• No entry for the candidates without masks.
• Candidates must maintain social distancing.
• The body temperature of the candidate will be checked using a Thermal Scanner before entering the Help Line Centre.
• The candidate alone is permitted to enter the Certificate Verification Hall.
• Candidates are advised to bring their own water bottles.

Certificates Required for TS ICET Counselling 2026

All original certificates and 2 sets of Xerox copies of the following.

1. TSICET-2026 Rank Card.
2. TSICET-2026 Hall Ticket.
3. Aadhar Card.
4. S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo.
5. Intermediate or its equivalent Memo-Cum-Pass Certificate
6. Degree Memorandum of marks.
7. Degree Provisional Pass Certificate.
8. Study or Bonafide Certificate from IX class to Degree.
9. Transfer Certificate (T.C).
10. Income Certificate issued on or after 01-01-2026 by the competent authority, if applicable.
11. EWS Income Certificate issued by Tahsildar valid for the year 2026-22, if applicable.
12. Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority, if applicable.
13. Residence Certificate of candidate for a period of 7 years preceding to qualifying examination in case where the candidate has no institutionalized education.
14. In respect of Non-Local candidates in order to consider them for allotment under unreserved seats the following certificates need to be submitted.

Web Options

Immediately after Certificate Verification, the Login ID will be sent to the candidates’ registered Mobile numbers. All the messages / OTPs / Allotment details, etc., will be sent to the Registered Mobile number, hence advised to keep the mobile with you till the end of the admission process.

1. Download the list of colleges/courses / districts from the website https://tgicet.nic.in
2.  Take the printout of the Manual Option Entry Form from the website.
3. Consult Parents / Friends and prepare the Manual Option Entry Form as per your preference, duly writing the institution code, course code and district code. This is for your convenience and to avoid mistakes and save time while entering web options.
4. The candidates can exercise options from the Home / Internet Centre.
5. If the candidate is exercising options from the Internet Centre, make sure that proper logout is done after saving the options to avoid manipulation of the password by the Internet Centre person.
6. Generate the Password by clicking on the Candidates Registration link on the website.
7. Do not share the password with others.
8. After successful password generation, log in with the details under the link
9. Candidates Login and enter OTP as received in registered Mobile Number.
10. Refer the Manual Option Entry Form prepared by you and enter the options inthe website.
11. Candidates are advised to exercise options carefully in the order of priority.The order of priority of options is the important criteria in securing the seat.
12. Candidate has to exercise as many options as possible to avoid disappointment of not getting a seat.
13. Candidate can exercise and modify the options any number of times within the scheduled dates.
14. Take a printout of final options saved for reference.
