The Qualified candidates of TSPOLYCET-2023 desirous of seeking admission into Diploma Courses in Polytechnics of Telangana State are informed that the payment of the Processing Fee, Slot Booking for Certificate Verification, Certificate Verification and Option Exercise will commence as per the schedule given below. WHO CAN APPLY:
Case I: Candidates who had passed SSC or its equivalent.
Case II: Candidates appearing for SSC Advanced Supplementary Examination to be held in June 2023 / NIOS/ TOSS/ APOSS, subject to the condition that the candidate should have passed said Examination on the declaration of results.

TS Polycet Counselling 2023: State Board of Technical Education Telangana SBTET TS Successfully Conducted TS POLYCET 2023 Exam. The TS POLYCET counselling is conducted via online mode on the website. The counselling procedure will be regulated by the Department of Technical Education, Telangana. Only qualified candidates can appear in the counselling process. It is organized for candidates, seeking admission into various polytechnic courses in the Telangana state. Telangana POLYCET Counselling – Certificate Verification Dates
To participate in the TSPolycet Counselling, every student should get all the certificates verified. It can be done in any of the Telangana Polycet Counselling Help Line Centers. The Certificate Verification is compulsory. Otherwise, they are not allowed for the TS Polycet Web Options Entry. After completion of the Telangana Polycet Document verification, you can lock your choices for Polytechnic Colleges.
TS POLYCET 2023 SLOT BOOKING FOR CERTIFICATE VERIFICATION
- All categories (OC/BC/SC/ST/MINORITY) candidates, Book your Slot (Selection of Help Line Center, Date & Time) to attend certificate verification at your nearest or convenient Help Line Center (HLC) mentioned in Annexure-I within the scheduled dates and attend for the Certificate Verification accordingly. Without payment of the Processing Fee and Slot Booking, the candidate is not permitted to attend for Certificate Verification. The candidate shall be permitted to attend for Certificate Verification only at the Help Line Center (HLC) booked as per the schedule.
- Special category candidates i.e (NCC) National Cadet Corps /(PHC) Physically Challenged/(CAP) Children of Armed Forces Personnel/ Anglo Indians need to book Slot duly selecting the Help Line Center of GOVERNMENT POLYTECHNIC, MASABTANK, HYDERABAD to attend for certificate verification as mentioned in Annexure – I, other certificates of these candidates will also be verified on the dates mentioned along with Special Reservation category Certificates.
- The candidates residing in Quli-Qutub-Shahi Urban Development Area have to produce a certificate of Residence and a Ration Card to take seats available in
- Q.Q. Govt. Polytechnic, Hyderabad and they need to book a Slot duly selecting the Help Line Center of Q.Q. GOVT. POLYTECHNIC, CHANDULAL BARADARI, OPPOSITE TO ZOO PARK, OLD CITY HYDERABAD to attend for Certificate Verification as per the schedule, see Annexure-I.
TS POLYCET Counselling Schedule 2023 TUITION FEE TO BE PAID FOR TS POLYTECHNICS
- The Tuition Fee for Government/ Aided Polytechnics is Rs. 3800/- per annum.
- The Tuition Fee for Private Un-Aided / Self Finance Branch offered in Aided Polytechnics is Rs. 15500/- per annum.
- The Fee reimbursement for eligible candidates is subject to the guidelines issued by the Government from time to time.

- Aadhar Card.
- 4th to 10th classes Study Certificates.
- S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo.
- Transfer Certificate (T.C).
- Income Certificate issued after 01.01.2023 by competent authority, if applicable.
- Caste Certificate issued by competent authority, if applicable.
- Residence Certificate of either of parents in Telangana State for a period of 10 years in case of non-local candidates.
- Residence Certificate of a candidate for a period of 7 years preceding to qualifying examination in the case where the candidate has no institutionalized education.
- Physically Challenged (PH) / Children of Armed Personnel (CAP)/NCC/SPORTS/Minority Certificate, if applicable.

In the Counselling process, candidates need to pay the TS POLYCET Processing Fee. The counselling fee for each student depends on their category.

TS POLYCET 2023 Document Verification
- Candidates have to download the TS Polycet/ CEEP Rank Card.
- check the Telangana CEEP Counselling Date for your Rank because it is going to hold according to the Rank Wise.
- Candidates should verify their documents at any of the designated Help Line Centers (HLCs) in a given schedule.
- When your Rank called during the Counselling Process, Submit the Counselling Application Form & Original certificates.
- At Certificate verification, candidates’ aadhar card details (Finger Print Biometric) will be verified with UIDAI at Help Line Centers. After verification, candidates will be issued a receipt of Certificates at Help-line Centres.
- Keep the Counselling Fee Receipt safely to Perform the web options.

How to Exercise Web options
- Visit the TS Polycet official website – polycetts.nic.in
- Search for the TSPolycet 2023 Web Options Link.
- Now click on the Web Options Link to exercise the options.
- Enter the details like Polycet Hall Ticket Number in the space given there and Click on the Submit.
- As soon as you click on Submit, you will direct to the Web Option Portal page.
- Candidates have to fill choices of courses & colleges at the time of exercising options.
- List of polytechnics with courses offered by them & course codes will be given in the official website
- After Locking the choices submit the Options Entry form.
- Candidates have to take a print out copy of filled choices for the future purpose
- After few days, seat allocation will announce through SMS to the applicant’s registered Mobile number & Email Id.
- Download the seat allotment letter from your TS Polycet Registration account and go to the allotted college at a given time & submit it.
