Education Details

Candidates must possess the minimum prescribed qualification for their respective trade/discipline.

  • Ex-ITI Apprentices:

    • Mate (Mines): Passed 10th / Matriculation Exam.

    • Other Trades: Passed 10th/Matriculation and ITI in the relevant trade (Fitter, Electrician, Welder, etc.) from NCVT.

  • Technician Apprentices:

    • Diploma in the relevant engineering branch (Mining, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical).

  • Graduate Apprentices:

    • Engineering Trades: B.E / B.Tech in the relevant branch (Mining, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical).

    • Non-Engineering Trades: Graduate degree such as B.A, LLB, BBA, MBA, or B.Com. Candidates pursuing CMA intermediate course will be given preference for Finance.

Stipend Details

Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend as prescribed under the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973 and Apprenticeship Rules 1992/2019/2025, as amended from time to time.

Age Limit

  • Minimum Age: 18 Years.
  • Maximum Age: 25 Years as on 28.02.2026.

Relaxation: Upper age relaxation for SC/ST, OBC [NCL], and PwBD candidates is applicable as per Government of India guidelines.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates will be strictly on a Merit Basis. The merit list will be prepared based on the percentage of marks obtained by the candidates in their respective qualifying fields (ITI/Diploma/Degree).
