Vacancy Details

Education Details

To be eligible for the apprenticeship, candidates must meet the following academic criteria:

• Applicants must hold a Graduate degree in any discipline from an Institute, College, or University recognized or approved by Govt. bodies, AICTE, or UGC.

• The graduation result must have been declared on or before 01.04.2026.

• The date of passing Graduation should not be more than 4 years preceding the cut-off date of 01.04.2026 (i.e., the mark sheet date should not be prior to 01.04.2022).

Stipend Details

Engaged apprentices are not eligible for regular employment allowances, but they will receive a monthly stipend during the one-year contract period based on their posted branch category.

Age Limit

Candidates must meet the specific age criteria as of the cut-off date, 01-April-2026.

• Minimum Age: 20 years.

• Maximum Age: 28 years.

• Age Relaxation: Upper age limit relaxations are applicable as per government norms: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-creamy layer), and 10 to 15 years for PwBD candidates.

Selection Process

The selection will be finalized through a comprehensive process comprising the following stages:

1. Online Test: An objective-type test consisting of 100 questions for 100 marks across five subjects (General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude, Computer or Subject Knowledge, and Union Bank Products & Services). The duration is 60 minutes, and there is no negative marking.

2. Proficiency Test of Local Language: Candidates must be proficient in the specified local language of the state they are applying for. Those who cannot produce a 10th/12th mark sheet evidencing the study of the language will undergo a language test.

3. Document Verification & Medical Fitness: Final selection is subject to satisfactory document verification and submission of a medically fit certificate.

6. Upload all relevant documents and input your respective NAPS and NATS registration numbers.
