Education Details
To be eligible for the apprenticeship, candidates must meet the following academic criteria:
Applicants must hold a Graduate degree in any discipline from an Institute, College, or University recognized or approved by Govt. bodies, AICTE, or UGC.
The graduation result must have been declared on or before 01.04.2026.
The date of passing Graduation should not be more than 4 years preceding the cut-off date of 01.04.2026 (i.e., the mark sheet date should not be prior to 01.04.2022).
Stipend Details
Engaged apprentices are not eligible for regular employment allowances, but they will receive a monthly stipend during the one-year contract period based on their posted branch category.

Age Limit
Candidates must meet the specific age criteria as of the cut-off date, 01-April-2026.
Minimum Age: 20 years.
Maximum Age: 28 years.
Age Relaxation: Upper age limit relaxations are applicable as per government norms: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-creamy layer), and 10 to 15 years for PwBD candidates.
Selection Process
The selection will be finalized through a comprehensive process comprising the following stages:
Online Test: An objective-type test consisting of 100 questions for 100 marks across five subjects (General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude, Computer or Subject Knowledge, and Union Bank Products & Services). The duration is 60 minutes, and there is no negative marking.
Proficiency Test of Local Language: Candidates must be proficient in the specified local language of the state they are applying for. Those who cannot produce a 10th/12th mark sheet evidencing the study of the language will undergo a language test.
Document Verification & Medical Fitness: Final selection is subject to satisfactory document verification and submission of a medically fit certificate.

Register on the NAPS portal (https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in) to receive your NAPS Apprentice Code Number.

Click on the candidate login and provide your complete personal and educational information.
Upload all relevant documents and input your respective NAPS and NATS registration numbers.
Submit the online application and proceed to make the payment for the applicable examination fee using debit/credit card, internet banking, or UPI.
Take a printout of the system-generated online application form and e-receipt for future reference.
