Vacancy Details
The recruitment drive aims to fill 1253 Assistant Professor vacancies across 28 subjects. The Directorate of Higher Education has sent requisitions in two phases:
- Phase 1: 562 vacancies
- Phase 2: 691 vacancies
Education Qualification
A Master’s degree in the relevant subject with at least 55% marks from a recognised university. Candidates must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC or an equivalent qualification. A relaxation of 5% in marks is provided for SC/ST and physically disabled candidates
