UPPSC PCS 2025 Pay Scale
Selected candidates will get pay scale as per 6th pay commission of Rs. 9300-34800 Grade Pay Rs 4600/- (except Naib Tehsildar whose grade pay is Rs. 4200/-) to Rs. 15600-39100/- Grade Pay Rs. 5400/.
1. Assistant conservator Rs.15600/- to Rs.39100/-, Grade Pay- Rs.5400/-, (Levelof Forest 10 in the pay matrix Group) Group “B”, Gazetted.
2. Range Forest Officer Rs.9300/- to Rs.34800/-, Grade Pay – Rs.4800/-, (Levelof Forest 8 pay matrix 47600 – 151100) Group “B”, Gazetted.
UPPSC PCS 2025 Selection Process
he UPPSC PCS 2025 selection process will comprise of three stages–
- Preliminary exam,
- Main exam
- Interview
The preliminary exam will comprise of multiple choice questions (MCQs) for a total of 400 marks. The UPPSC PCS 2025 prelims question paper will be divided into two sections- General Studies I and General Studies II (also known as CSAT).
The UPPSC PCS 2025 main exam will be held offline as pen and paper-based, followed by an interview for a total of 1,500 marks. The written exam will consist of nine papers, out of which seven will be compulsory, and two will be optional. The final interview will carry a weightage of 100 marks. The candidates who will qualify for the UPPSC PCS 2025 prelims and main examination will only be allowed to appear for the final interview round for the selection process.
