WBBSE Summative Evaluation Schedules
In continuation with Memo No. D.S.(Aca)/504/A/25/5, dated 30-12-24, the Heads of all recognized schools under WBBSE are being informed that all schools must follow the following schedule of 2nd & 3rd Summative Evaluations for the academic session 2025 and Selection Test for M.P.(SE), 2026. Each and every school must prepare the question papers of their own and mention the name of the Institution at the top of the question paper. External agencies/bodies cannot be outsourced to frame question papers for the said examinations. Head of the institutions of all the schools recognized by WBBSE are earnestly requested to mandatorily adhere to the division of syllabi, distributions of marks and model structure of sample question given in the website while framing the summative question papers for classes VI-X. The summative question paper should be formulated keeping the expected learning outcomes in mind.The evaluation process should thus be a tool to measure to what extent the expected learning outcomes has been achieved.
The Head of the Institutions of respective schools shall remain vigilant about the matter, since any/any/all cases of violations, if reported, shall be answerable.
Schedule of Summative Evaluations/Selection Test for M.P. (SE) from Classes VI-X

No Summative Evaluations for Class VI-X/Selection Test for M.P. (S.E.) shall be scheduled on Sectional Holiday.
