WBPDCL Recruitment 2025 Out for 114 Vacancy on contract basis

The West Bengal Power Development Corporation Limited (WBPDCL), a Government of West Bengal Enterprise, engaged in the business of generation of electricity in the State of West Bengal, intends to engage experienced SUPERANNUATED PERSONNEL on CONTRACTUAL basis initially for a period of 01 (one) year which may be extended further, subject to satisfactory performance, for its Power Stations/ Plants and mining activities relating to coal mines of the Company spread across West Bengal & Jharkhand, as per details given below.

Educational Qualifications

Applicants must Pass Degree, B.Tech, BE, ME, MTech, MBA, PGDM, PG Diploma, Diploma, ITI, Inter, 10th from a recognized Organization/Board.

TENURE OF ENGAGEMENT & COMPENSATION

Engagement shall be made only from the superannuated employees, purely on contractual basis, initially for a period of 01 (one) year with provision for further extension with fixed consolidated remuneration.

Age Limit

The candidates must be maximum 63 years as on April 1, 2025 of age..

Age Relaxation: – SC/ ST /OBC/PWD/ PH Candidates Relaxation as per Government Rule Regulation.

Selected candidates will get As per rules from the organization.

1. Candidates can access the online application form in the ‘Career Section’ at www.wbpdcl.co.in. Online submissions will remain open from 05.05.2025 (12:00 hrs.) to 26.05.2025 (12:00 hrs.).
2. Candidates sponsored by Employment Exchange will also have to APPLY ONLINE through the WBPDCL recruitment portal (www.wbpdcl.co.in), failing which their candidature shall not be considered.
3. Candidates may apply for more than one post, if applicable, meeting the eligibility criteria.
