Physical Fitness Test (qualifying in nature)
- COOPER TEST: –To measure aerobic endurance 12 minutes continuous run

- STANDING BOARD JUMP: –To measure strength of lower limbs
- SHUTTLE RUN (4 X 10 MTR): –To measure agility
