NPCIL Executive Trainee Recruitment 2026 Apply 30 Posts in I&FS and Physics

Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) has released a recruitment notification (Advt. No. NPCIL/HQ/HRM/ET/I&FS/Physics/2026/01) for the hiring of Executive Trainees (ET-2026). This recruitment drive aims to fill vacancies in Industrial & Fire Safety (I&FS) and Physics disciplines. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official website. Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualifications:
  • For Industrial & Fire Safety (I&FS): BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering)/5-year Integrated M.Tech. or M.E. with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Industrial & Fire Safety discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
  • For Physics: Full-time M.Sc. in Physics/Applied Physics with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks. Candidates must also have Mathematics and Physics at B.Sc. or subsidiary level. (Note: Candidates with 5-year Integrated M.Sc. are also eligible).
  • Note: Final year students whose results are awaited can also apply, provided they submit their final results with the required percentage by November 30, 2026.
• Age Limit (As on 04-03-2026):
  • Maximum Age: 26 Years for General/EWS candidates.
  • Age Relaxation:
    • OBC (NCL): 3 Years (Max 29 Years)
    • SC/ST: 5 Years (Max 31 Years)
    • PwBD: 10 Years (General/EWS), 13 Years (OBC), 15 Years (SC/ST).

Selection Process: The selection of candidates will be based on:

1. Computer Based Test (CBT): An online test to assess technical knowledge and aptitude.
2. Personal Interview: Candidates shortlisted from the CBT will be called for an interview. Final selection is based on the performance in the interview (subject to qualifying the CBT).

Stipend & Salary:

• During Training (1 Year): A monthly stipend of Rs. 74,000/- plus a one-time Book Allowance of Rs. 30,000/-.
• After Absorption: Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be appointed as Scientific Officer/C in Group ‘A’.
  • Pay Level: Level 10
  • Basic Pay: Rs. 56,100/-
  • Approx. Monthly Emoluments: Rs. 1,40,000/- to Rs. 1,60,000/- (including Dearness Allowance and other allowances).
