AISSEE 2026 was conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on 05.04.2026 in the pen-paper mode at 464 exam centers located in 190 Indian cities, for admission to Class VI and Class IX of the Sainik Schools & New Sainik Schools. For admission in Sainik School, it is necessary to get a minimum of 25 per cent marks in each subject and 40 per cent marks in total in all subjects of AISSEE-2026. If students have less marks than this, they will not get admission in Sainik School.
